Our client are looking for an experienced Site Operations Manager to manage multiple sites. The purpose of the Site Operations Manager is to provide management and direction to the local site transport teams and out-base locations. Maintaining a strong focus on safety, site/transport compliance and productivity and being the responsible budget holder for all operational associated costs. The Site Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the transport teams can deliver the highest standards of safety through process and procedural accountability. Combined with operational efficiencies to ensure a fluid customer journey with the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Job Title – Site Operations Manager Reason For Vacancy - Replacement Employment Type - Permanent Hours – 37.5 hours total, Monday to Friday. Engaging and working well with internal stakeholders Assisting with the development of longer-term strategic plans Supporting the Head of Depots and Customer Engineering Services Profile and experience required: Experience within a leadership role, ideally across multiple sites A strong background within transport and/or operations Experience working with hazardous goods/ADR National CPC Qualification An understanding of legal regulations relevant to the industry Confidence liaising with internal stakeholders of all levels Experience of managing a budget Demonstrable ‘safety first’ approach to all aspects of work Recruitment process will be an initial Teams call then a second face to face interview along with a SHL Occupational Personality Questionnaire and Safety Approach Indicator Assessment If you have the relevant experience and are interested in the role detailed, please apply today.
