Robert Half are working with an exciting Tech Startup working in AI. They are looking for a Social Media & Community Manager on a 6 Month Temp to Perm Contract. As part of the Marketing & Digital team, you will play a crucial role in developing and growing the online community, enhance brand visibility, and drive growth. Social Media & Community Manager - 6 Month Temp to Perm - London (On Site)Responsibilities:Engage with creators - Initiate and participate in conversations, polls, discussions, and Q&A sessions with the creators to foster the relationshipActing as primary point of contact and brand advocate for community inquiries, feedback, and suggestionsSchedule and coordinate educational, live-streaming events, tournaments, and special activitiesFoster a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the communityDeveloping creator programs based on content ecosystem and product needs/opportunitiesEstablish and maintain long-term relationships with creators such as celebrities, influencers and content creators Data oriented, monitor community metrics, engagement levels, and sentiment analysis Understand social media trends and emerging technologies, develop and execute social media strategies.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, comms, journalism, or a related field Experienced using Discord and community tools, minimum 2 years of working experience in community management.Deep understanding of creator economy, and how to motivate and activate a group of creators Proven experience in social media management and analytical toolsDemonstrated ability to develop and execute successful social media campaigns Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and effectively manage multiple projects Experience with AI-generated content platforms.Apply here if this sounds like the role for you!
